Outdoor Storage Agreement
Please enter your legal name as it appears on your passport or Government ID.
We shall not be held responsible for any injury or personal loss that may occur while on-site during your visit. All clients are required to have valid insurance for fire and theft during storage. We are not responsible for any damage to storage units, including, but not confined to flooding, wind, ice, snow, trees, rodents, fire, acts of god and/or theft.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure contact information is kept up to date, ideally, you should fill out this form once a year. If you are paying by Credit Card, you must ensure it is attached to your account when you get your first bill.
RULES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY (AND YES, THEY'RE A BIT OUT THERE... JUST LIKE SOME OF OUR PAST CLIENTS!)
1. Leave No Trace Behind: Please don't leave ANY garbage around your unit. Not only does littering make baby raccoons cry, but it also hits your wallet with a $50 cleaning fee. So, let’s keep both the raccoons and your bank account happy!
2. Ground Control to Major Tom: Before you pull out, make sure the ground around your unit is as clean as a whistle—no wood, no stones, nothing! We mow the lawn regularly and hitting debris is like a surprise root canal: painful and expensive. Help us avoid that by cleaning up; otherwise, we might need to charge you for our mower’s dental work.
3. Tidy Up Those Dangly Bits: Ensure all chains, electrical cables, and anything else that could hang loose are securely stowed away. We can’t take responsibility if your untucked cables decide to go on an adventure and get hurt. Let’s keep everything neat and avoid unnecessary drama!
Outdoor Storage of Units, please ensure you lock your trailer hitches and place something under the front and back of at least 1 tire on either side
Please note that by signing this agreement you are agreeing to a min of 3 months of storage. During the winter season, we do NOT have in and out privileges Nov - June unless otherwise agreed to by Ownership or you are willing to pay extra to remove snow. We will only hold your unit and spot for 30 days without payment, after this your unit will be disposed of and sent to scrap, it is your responsibility to ensure your contact information (including billing) is up to date. Season will depend on how wet we are and if we can pull your unit out.
During Spring/Summer/Fall (weather permitting) you will have unlimited access from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm Mon-sun to outdoor storage.
Gate Code changes at 8:00 pm EVERY DAY and is NOT released until 6:00 am the following day, we have secondary lots you can leave your units in if you are needing to drop them off outside of these hours.
Please text 613-863-6423 to get the daily gate code, we highly recommend giving us a 2-hour heads up if you are coming to grab your unit. If you are looking to grab your unit by 8am the following day please text us the night before to let us know.
If you choose to pause payments during your absence, please note that you will be subject to any applicable price increases. Clients who maintain continuous storage with us will not be affected by these adjustments. If you wish to cancel your storage, a 30-day notice is required, which must be submitted via email to Book@Marked.ca. Other forms of communication for cancellation are not accepted.
