Self-Storage Agreement
Please enter your legal name as it appears on your passport or Government ID.
Please ensure that all contact information above is kept up to date with our office.
Please note that a copy of a valid driver's license or government ID will be required to be stored with us.
We are not responsible for any injury or personal loss that may occur while on-site during your visit. We are not liable for any damage to storage units or stored property, including but not limited to damage caused by flooding, wind, ice, snow, rodents, fire, theft, or other acts of nature.
We strongly recommend storing only non-flammable items in your unit. While units are self-contained, gas, fuel, oil, and other combustible materials should not be stored at any time. Please note that units are not climate-controlled — ensure that any items stored can withstand extreme temperatures.
Please note that by signing this agreement, you are committing to a minimum of three (3) months of storage. During the winter season, if a heavy snowstorm is expected or has recently occurred and you require access to your unit, please call or text the office at 613-863-6423, as your unit may not be immediately accessible.
Units and reserved spots will be held for a maximum of 7 days without payment. After this period, all items will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sent to scrap. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all contact and billing information remains up to date.
Move-out dates are at the end of the month, no later than 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed to in writing by management.
Storage Unit Terms & Access Policy
Access to containers is prohibited between 10:30 PM and 5:30 AM. Special access during these hours requires prior approval — please call or text the office for emergencies.
