Self-Storage Agreement

Please ensure that all contact information above is kept up to date with our office.
Please note that a copy of a valid driver's license or government ID will be required to be stored with us.
We shall not be held responsible for any injury or personal loss that may occur while on-site during your visit. All clients are required to have valid insurance for fire and theft during storage. We are not responsible for any damage to storage units, including, but not confined to flooding, wind, ice, snow, rodents, fire, acts of god and/or theft.
We highly recommend non-flammable items in your units, units are self-contained but it is recommended gas, fuels, oils and other items are not stored within your unit. Units are non-climatized, please ensure you do not store anything in the unit that can not take extreme temperatures.
Please note that by signing this agreement you are agreeing to a min of 3 months of storage. During the winter season, if a heavy snowstorm is on route or has just past and you require access to your unit, please call or text the office at 613-863-6423 as your unit may not be immediately accessible. We will only hold your unit and spot for 7 Days without payment, after this, all items will be disposed of and sent to scrap, it is your responsibility to ensure your contact information (including billing) is up to date. Move-in dates are the 1st of the month and can start as early as 7am and move-out dates are end of the month by 5pm at the latest, unless agreed in writing otherwise by management.
Containers can NOT be accessed from 9:30PM to 6:30AM, during this time special access requests must be obtained, you can do this by calling or texting us for emergencies.
1. We require written notice at least 60 days before vacating units, via email.
2. Units are to be swept, free of debris, undamaged, and completely emptied
3. Nothing can be stored outside of the units
4. Ensure that the lock is removed from the storage unit after moving out
5. Written notice must be sent to BOOK@MARKED.ca and will not be accepted through text, verbal or any other form of communication.
Payment is due on the first of every month, after 14 days of non-payment your unit will be emptied and all items will be removed at your expense, if you have issues with your card you must contact us.
