This contract is between MARKED: Ultimate Family Adventure Park Inc. (the "Business") and (the "Client")

Terms

Invoice Terms:  The Preferred Partner (“Advertiser”) agrees to advertise at MARKED: Ultimate Family Adventure Park Inc. (“Owner”) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (“Term”), commencing on the date of the first re-occurring invoice.

Monthly Billing

The Advertiser shall be billed on a monthly basis, with payment due in full on the first (1st) day of each month. Invoices will be issued electronically unless otherwise specified in writing.

Renewal & Termination

At the conclusion of the twelve (12) month Term, the Agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless renewed for a longer term by mutual written consent of both parties. Either party may terminate this Agreement for breach of any material term after providing written notice and a thirty (30) day opportunity to cure. Notice must be sent to Play@Marked.ca and will not be accepted otherwise.

Compliance with Park Policies
All advertising content and displays must comply with MARKED: Ultimate Family Adventure Park Inc. guidelines, local ordinances, and any applicable laws or regulations. MARKED: Ultimate Family Adventure Park Inc. reserves the right to reject or request changes to any advertisement that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with its mission and standards.

Entire Understanding
This Clause, along with any other provisions in the signed Agreement, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Advertiser’s use of space at MARKED: Ultimate Family Adventure Park Inc. for the specified Term and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

This contract may be signed electronically.  Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.By typing their names as signatures below, all parties agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement.
